I first joined Wolf PAC about 5 years ago. I had never done acting before, and after seeing some of my friends in a show, I decided to give it a try. I did a handful of shows before everything went virtual because of Covid. We were still able to do theater, however, it was very restricted. I spent that summer in the online camp Wolf PAC had, and even though it was not the same experience of being in person, it was the best it could get.

I was in Much Ado About Nothing, where we were in person, but filming the show instead of performing it live. Although that was fun too, I was missing the thrill of a live show. So, when I heard about the 2022 spring musicals, I was ecstatic. After what felt like the longest wait ever, the cast list was out, and rehearsals started.

From there on, it was a blast. The SpongeBob Musical was everything I had been missing from theater for the past 2 years. I had an amazing cast and team of Directors, and a fantastic experience. Months upon months isolated really taught me what theater and Wolf PAC meant to me.

Performing the show to a live audience was by far my favorite part of the experience. I was reminded of the pure joy that came along with the hard work put into the show. Even though a 2+ year pandemic was hard, not only in aspects of theater, putting on a show with some extremely talented peers was such a great reward.

Wolf PAC has always been a part of my life, and I honestly don’t know what I would do without it. I’m so glad I have it as a place I think of as a second home, and I’m so grateful to everyone that made it feel that way.
